Students will be introduced to two software libraries in the field of -omics research (SeqAn and OpenMS) and how to rapidly implement efficient algorithms for -omics data. In addition we will work with the data analytics platform KNIME. After getting acquainted with the libraries students will work and extend production grade -omics workflows
